Typographical Errors

In the event that a FMPG Fourniture médicale product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, FMPG Fourniture médicale reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. FMPG Fourniture médicale reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, FMPG Fourniture médicale shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Modifications and Termination

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be modified or terminated by FMPG Fourniture médicale without notice at any time, for any reason. Return / Refund Policy

Any cancellation or return must be approved by FMPG Fourniture médicale (in its discretion), be accompanied by proof of purchase, and may be subject to restocking and other charges. Any returns due to shipping errors, damage or loss must be reported to FMPG Fourniture médicale immediately. For returns not related to damage or loss during shipping, Product must be returned within 30 days of shipment at customers expense and be in original package and in resalable condition. Any approved refund will be made using your original payment method. FMPG Fourniture médicale reserves the right to refuse any returned items without our prior authorization. Some exceptions may apply.

 

Delivery Policy

FMPG Fourniture médicale will ship all orders using the preferred method of your choice upon checkout. FMPG Fourniture médicale reserves the right to change shipping method without notice if it finds it necessary to do so for reasons of shipping company limitations such as location of recipient. If additional shipping fees apply due to these limitations the client will be notified prior to shipping.
